What if my order arrives damaged?

Love Bites by Carnie guarantee our desserts 100%.  If they arrive damaged or compromised in any way, you will receive a full refund or order replacement free of charge

What about returning or changing non-perishable items?

Maybe the size is wrong…maybe it’s not what you expected…maybe its broken..DOESN’T MATTER!  We’ve got your back.  Contact us at customerlove@lovebitesbycarnie.com and we will take care of you.  Either replace the item or refund your purchase in full.

 

Shipping

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be calculated on and order-by-order basis determined by your order size and zip code

When will I receive my order?

LBBC ships via UPS.  Orders received by 11:59 pm PST will ship on the next shipping day. We ship Monday-Thursday. Due to the delicate nature of our gourmet desserts we ship overnight air in dry ice.  Service available for shipments sent Monday-Thuesday for delivery Tuesday - Friday.  You can also request a future ship date by using our calendar at check out, or my mentioning it in the notes section. 

Will I receive an order confirmation and tracking information?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is shipped, you will receive order-tracking information. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped and to inquire when it arrived.

How secure is my personal information when ordering? 

Shopify is dedicated to providing a secure shopping experience for your customers, to do this they will always keep their security systems up to date with best practice.

Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, all Shopify online stores are automatically PCI compliant, which ensures your customers have peace of mind when shopping from your site and makes sure your business comes across as legitimate and safe.

What does Love Bites do with my information? 
Love Bites takes your privacy very seriously.  We do not sell or distribute any customer information to anyone.  The information is used to better serve our customers.

What if I need to modify or cancel my order?

Once you complete your order and click “purchase” your order is final.  If you need to cancel or modify your order, you will have 24 hours from the time you place the order to do so.  Love Bites by Carnie operates on Pacific Standard Time.

What type of payment does Love Bites by Carnie accept?

For phone and online orders, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.)  In store we except cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when you finalize your order at checkout.

Can I place my order through email?

Feel free to email us with any questions, but to ensure customer confidentiality, all orders have to be finalized online or over the phone with our Customer Love Team (TBD).

 

How can I pay for my E-Commerce order?

You can pay with a credit card online (Visa, Mastercard and Discover).

How does Love Bites by Carnie ship?

In our custom packaging that is shrink wrapped.  They leave our facility frozen.  Cheesecakes should arrive almost completely frozen in dry ice and the rest of our products will remain cool with gel packs.

What should I do with my E-Commerce order once it arrives?

Indulge immediately…or show some restraint!  Cheesecakes should go into the freezer and pulled out about 10 minutes before you want to serve them.  The rest of the Love Bites treats can be frozen or refrigerated depending on when you wanted to serve them.

Where does Love Bites ship?

We ship nationwide to all states, excluding HI.

Does Love Bites ship internationally?

Not at this time…but stay tuned!  You never know….

When will my E-Commerce order arrive?

You can choose your delivery date on our calendar at checkout.  We ship UPS 2 Day Air unless you need your Love Bites fix overnight!

Can you guarantee the delivery date?

Do I need to be home to sign for my E-Commerce Order?

UPS will not require a signature however we suggest, especially during the warmer months, that someone is there to get your precious Love Bites into a freezer (for the cheesecakes) and a freezer or refrigerator for the rest of our products.
